We offer short-term, immediate support to individuals ages five and up in crisis. This service helps to support the community resources as we help to eliminate individuals who are not at risk of harming themselves or others from utilizing hospitalization to aid them.

 

Crisis Stabilization services assist those who are in a mental health crisis with the goal of eliminating:​

 

• Psychiatric Hospitalization

• Incarceration

• Homelessness

• A decline in daily functioning

 

Participants receive:

• Comprehensive Needs Assessment

• Treatment Planning with a team of professionals

• Psychiatric evaluation and medication management

• Care Coordination

• Resource Planning

• Stepdown Care
