Brionna Bland
Program Manager
Meet Brionna!
Brionna Bland is a dedicated and compassionate leader originally from Petersburg, Virginia, with a strong background in mental health and community-based services. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Virginia State University and holds a Master’s in Applied Psychology with a concentration in Public Health from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Brionna is a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) with years of hands-on experience working with diverse populations across the mental health continuum of care.

In her role as Program Manager at the Richmond locality, Brionna oversees daily operations, supervises staff, ensures program compliance with state and organizational standards, and champions quality care for adults. Prior to this leadership role, Brionna served in various mental health capacities, including executive leadership, crisis stabilization, community-based services, group facilitation, ABA services, and case management, developing a reputation for her client-centered, trauma-informed approach.

Brionna is passionate about empowering individuals through mental health services and has dedicated her career to helping clients reach their goals, while fostering a culture of excellence and accountability within her teams. Outside of work, she enjoys mentoring others in the field and supporting community outreach efforts focused on mental wellness, charitable giving, and strengthening youth and young adults.
