Our Substance Abuse Partial Hospitalization Program offers a supportive and structured environment for individuals seeking intensive care without the need for full-time hospitalization. This program provides a comprehensive range of evidence-based therapeutic services tailored to address your unique needs.
Under the guidance of our experienced and compassionate professionals, you'll work towards achieving stability, enhancing coping strategies, and building a strong foundation for lasting recovery.

WHAT TO EXPECT
Our SA PHP is a clinical-first program focused on total wellness and sobriety. You will participate in a structured daily schedule that includes:

Evidence-Based Therapy: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) tailored for substance use.

Group Processing: Peer-supported sessions to build community and accountability.

Relapse Prevention: Comprehensive skill-building to manage triggers and cravings.

Holistic Support: Integration of psychoeducation and vital life skills training.

WHO IT’S FOR

Individuals transitioning from an inpatient detox or residential setting (Step-down).

Those who require more structure than standard outpatient or IOP services.

Individuals with a primary substance use diagnosis or co-occurring (dual-diagnosis) needs.

Candidates who are medically stable but require daily clinical monitoring.

HOUSING & ENGAGEMENT STANDARDS
For individuals in our Substance Abuse PHP, a stable and drug-free environment is essential for clinical success. BFS provides access to safe, partner-managed housing for qualified participants who demonstrate a high level of "Treatment Readiness."

Please note that BFS is a Treatment-First program. Housing is a separate component and is earned through engagement, not guaranteed upon admission. Eligibility is determined by:

3-Day Participation Trial: Consistent, active engagement during the first 72 hours of treatment (waived for direct inpatient transfers).

Commitment to Sobriety: Demonstration of a desire for independence and a willingness to participate actively in all programming.

Clinical Recommendation: Successful behavioral screening and recommendation from a clinical provider.

Financial Stewardship: Payment of the housing supply fee (sliding scale/scholarships available).
