Meet Rodney!

Rodney S. Freeman, BA. CSAC, QMHP A-C, QCM is the team lead for Benevolent Family Services,Substance Abuse Partial Hospitalization Program (SA PHP), and has substantial experience in providing an array of services. It’s been Rodney’s goal as a person in long term recovery, to give back to the community what’s been so freely given to him. As SA PHP team lead, Rodney is responsible for assisting and supporting staff with training and new hire orientation, reviewing progress notes, meeting with individuals to develop on-going SA goals for individual service plans, identify potential barriers to treatment for individuals and staff ability to deliver services, and discharge summaries to ensure individuals receive person-centered services.

Rodney’s work with Benevolent Family Services helps to support those who struggle with substance use disorder, mental health difficulties, and children who are at risk of out of home placement by providing services that are comprehensive, compassionate, and resourceful. Rodney enjoys working to provide the knowledge and skills necessary to empower individuals to make
positive changes in their lives, to assist them in becoming productive members of our society, strive for progress and not perfection.
