Andrea Johnson serves as the Director of Operations at Benevolent Family Services. A "Jersey girl" through and through, Andrea brings a wealth of leadership and administrative expertise to the team. She holds a Master of Science in Human Services Administration, a degree that anchors her commitment to excellence in service delivery and organizational growth.

Before joining the mental health field, Andrea spent several years working with government contractors. However, she eventually discovered that her true calling was in the human services sector. Andrea often shares that while she didn't initially seek out the mental health industry, it "found her"—leading her to the realization that helping others is exactly where she belongs.

Outside of her professional role, Andrea is an avid traveler who loves exploring new places. Her passion for people and her dedication to the BFS mission make her an integral part of our leadership team as we strive to provide compassionate care to the communities we serve.
