LaVonne Hall

Meet LaVonne!

LaVonne Hall is responsible for payroll, benefits and recruitment for Benevolent Family Services. A retired Senior Chief Petty Officer in the United States Navy, LaVonne brings over 23 years of leadership experience rooted in operational excellence and mission-driven service.
 

Throughout his Navy career, LaVonne served aboard four nuclear-powered submarines—USS Honolulu (SSN718), USS Newport News (SSN750), USS Boise (SSN764), and PCU Arkansas (SSN800)—where he held positions of increasing responsibility in high-stakes, high-accountability environments. His ability to lead under pressure and build strong, high-performing teams became a hallmark of his career.
 

LaVonne is a graduate of the Senior Enlisted Academy, a premier executive-level leadership program that emphasizes strategic decision-making, ethics, diversity, and organizational communication. He is also a certified Master Navy Leader Development Facilitator (M-NLDF), trained in adult learning theory and skilled in developing leadership at all levels.
 

In addition to his military accomplishments, LaVonne holds a Master’s degree in Cyber Security from the University of Charleston, West Virginia, bridging his technical expertise with his operational leadership.
