Monei Phillips-Jackson serves as a Clinical Supervisor/Manager at Benevolent Family Services in Richmond. A dedicated behavioral health professional with a strong background in mental health and substance use services, Monei brings a wealth of clinical expertise and a passion for leadership to our team.

Monei is a proud alumna of Virginia Union University, where she earned her Bachelor of Social Work, and the University at Albany, SUNY, where she earned her Master of Social Work. Her professional journey spans clinical care and crisis intervention, and she now focuses her talents on quality assurance, staff development, and clinical oversight.

In her role, Monei is committed to maintaining the highest standards of care while fostering growth within her team. She believes that by supporting our clinicians and refining service delivery, we can provide the best possible outcomes for the individuals and families we serve.

She loves spending quality time with her family, traveling to new destinations, and finding peace and relaxation near the water.
