Meet Dave!

Dave is originally from Buffalo, NY, and brings over 20 years of experience in Human Resources. He holds a B.A. in Sociology, a Master’s in Labor Economics, and has completed doctoral work in Sociology with a focus on global labor relations. Dave’s HR philosophy is rooted in a Servant-Leadership approach, fostering a collaborative and mission-driven workplace where employees feel valued and empowered.
 

Dave relocated to Hampton Roads in 2021 and has held previous Human Resources roles in healthcare, mental health services, child protective organizations, and medical transportation.
 

A veteran of the United States Coast Guard, Dave serves the military community through volunteer work with the Navy League’s Family Ombudsman Program, supporting the families of deployed Sailors and Marines.
 

In their free time, Dave is an accomplished musician and when they’re not at the beach, you’ll likely find them playing an instrument.
