Case Manager and Qualified Mental Health Professional

Ms. Williams works in various programs such as Crisis, MHSB and is the Case Manager for our SA PHP where she links individuals to additional services they may need and provides resources for continuity of care. She goes above and beyond without hesitation to help the individuals we serve. Additionally, she is always willing to lend a helping hand to her colleagues.
