Meet Nicole
Nicole Lloyd-Harden MSW, LCSW is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master's degree in Social Work with a specialization in the Hispanic population from Our Lady of the Lake University, San Antonio, Texas, with an emphasis in the Hispanic population, youth and families. She completed her Bachelor's degree in sociology at St. Leo University.
Nicole has over 25 years of experience working with individuals and their families. She began her career working with children and families in the mental health, and substance abuse residential sector. She went on to work with women, children and their families in the community.
Her areas of expertise include: familial relationship issues, stress management, anxiety, depression, and personal growth. She especially enjoys working with the homeless population who suffer from substance addiction. Nicole has extensive training and skills working with individuals who have been trafficked and exploited; Nicole is a Certified Human Trafficking Victims Service Provider.
Nicole utilizes a multidimensional approach to therapy and treatment, exploring each individual's biological, psychological, social and spiritual needs. Nicole includes a lens that incorporates identifying the effects of systematic barriers and daily challenges to foster the individual’s desired goals.
In her free time Nicole enjoys spending time with family and friends. She is passionate about the mental health field. Nicole aspires to utilize her skills and knowledge to have a positive impact in the lives of those she has the privilege of working with.
