Stephanie R. Harper serves as the Clinical Manager at Benevolent Family Services in Richmond, VA. Born in New Jersey and raised in nearby Petersburg, Stephanie is a proud alumna of Virginia State University, where she earned both her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and her Master of Education in Community Counseling. She is currently registered with the Virginia Board of Counseling and is actively pursuing licensure as a Professional Counselor.

With over 15 years of behavioral health experience spanning community-based services and acute psychiatric hospital settings, Stephanie brings a wealth of expertise to our leadership team. In her role as Clinical Manager, she is dedicated to ensuring that every client receives the highest standard of evidence-based care. Stephanie is equally committed to her team, striving to foster a clinical culture rooted in support, honesty, and empathy.
