LMHP-R working towards Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) licensure. I hold a master’s degree in Social Work from Norfolk State University. I am passionate about working with vulnerable populations in assisting with overcoming barriers to success. I attempt to meet client’s where they are and help them recognize their own potential. I believe in taking a person-center, strengths-based approach in services. I am compassionate, hardworking, and well-trained Social Worker devoted to client success. I worked as a Specialized Social Worker in the intake, adoption, and foster care units assisting families to reunification for 2 ½ years with the Department of Human Services. I have experience as a mentor, provided case management, client/family assessments, co-facilitated groups such as parent education, life skills, and anger management, and counsel children and families on coping skills and available resources. My goal is to provide the best possible support, guidance, and clinical intervention to enhance the lives of each individual and family I serve.​
